Cancellation

• All sessions booked with Track Your Life, including 1:1 coaching, Enneagram debriefs and other advisory sessions, are paid in full at the time of booking and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and the session is forfeited.

Payment

• Our rates are quoted and payable in USD (United States Dollars) or ZAR (South African Rand). Direct transfers can be made into our bank account. All payments should be made in full and free of any bank charges.
