A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure placement on the Retreat. This deposit must be paid within 10 days of invoicing.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to the Retreat start date.

Deposit: Cancellation for convenience by the Guest at any time results in forfeiture of the deposit.
Full Payment: Cancellations for convenience less than 60 days before the Retreat incur a 100% cancellation fee
Retreat Resell: If the retreat is cancelled for convenience by the Guest and the Track your Life is able to resell the retreat placement that was booked by the Client, the Company will endeavor to provide a full refund, but this is not guaranteed.
Full Refund: If the retreat is cancelled by the Company, the Client will receive a full refund.

Our rates are quoted and payable in USD (United States Dollars) or ZAR (South African Rand). Direct transfers can be made into our bank account. All payments should be made in full and free of any bank charges.

The Guest is advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency expenses, cancellation, and curtailment.
We recommend Global Rescue as a provider.

Londolozi is situated in a malaria area; therefore all guests must consult their medical practitioner regarding anti-malaria requirements prior to travel.

Visa requirements to be checked before departure. All visitors to South Africa are required by law to have a minimum of two blank pages in their passport to enable the entry visa to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport, entry will be denied.
Londolozi will not be held liable for delays in visa applications please allow for ample time to get all visa details and requirements.

All flight bookings must accurately reflect the traveler's full name as shown in their passport.
Airfares and taxes quoted are subject to change without notice.
The Company is not responsible for airline schedule changes or discontinuations that may affect the Client's travel plans.

Arrival: Regrettably Londolozi does not accommodate any arrivals before 11h30. Check into rooms from 13h:00
Departure: Check out of rooms at 11h00. Regrettably Londolozi cannot accommodate departures after 13h30

The Company reserves the right to:

Cancel the Client's placement if the deposit is not received within 10 days of invoicing.
Cancel the retreat if full payment is not received 90 days prior to the Retreat.
